DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Made to order in 3–5 days after you order.
Delivered to every governorate in Egypt. Shipping is 85 EGP in Cairo and Giza, and 95–135 EGP everywhere else depending on your address. You see the exact amount at checkout.
Before printing, you can cancel for a full refund. Once printing starts, a custom piece cannot be returned for a change of mind — that is the honest trade-off with something made only for you.

HOW WE PRINT IT
Printed edge to edge, so the design does not stop short of the seam. The colours are sublimated into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, which is why they do not crack or peel.
Care: wipe fabric pieces with a damp cloth. Canvas totes and pencil cases can be hand washed cold — do not put them in a dryer. Keep mouse pads out of direct sun.

How long does a custom order take?
3–5 days to print, then 1–3 days on the road depending on your governorate.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, anywhere in Egypt. You pay the courier when it reaches you. Card at checkout works too.
Can I see it before I order?
Yes. The design tool shows your design on the product, live, while you make it. We print exactly that.
Will the print fade or peel?
No. The colours are sublimated into the fabric rather than printed on top of it, so there is no layer to crack. Wipe fabric pieces with a damp cloth; canvas can be hand washed cold.
How do I track my order?
We send you the courier and the tracking number the moment it ships. If you would rather just ask us, message us on Instagram @rulles.eg.
