Shipping Policy
We deliver to every governorate in Egypt through several shipping companies. Every order is printed especially for you after it is confirmed, then handed to the courier.
Please write your full address (area, street, building number and floor, plus a landmark if there is one), and the city/governorate you choose must match the written address. Otherwise we cannot ship your order.
Exchanges & returns
Changing the design after delivery, or returning an order, comes with extra shipping paid by the customer, because these are real courier costs. Defective or wrong items are replaced at no extra cost. See our Exchange & Return Policy for details.
