سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
كل منتجات Rulles بتتطبع مخصوص ليك بعد تأكيد الأوردر، عشان كده بنوضح هنا كل حالة ومين بيتحمل مصاريف الشحن فيها.
1. لو المنتج وصل فيه عيب أو وصلك منتج غلط
لو فيه عيب في الطباعة أو التصنيع، أو وصلك منتج أو مقاس غير اللي طلبته، ابعتلنا صور المنتج أول ما يوصلك. هنستبدلهولك من غير أي مصاريف شحن إضافية.
2. تغيير الديزاين بعد ما الأوردر يوصلك
لو المنتج سليم وعايز تغيّر الديزاين بعد الاستلام، ده متاح، بس هتدفع مصاريف شحن إضافية (توصيل المنتج الجديد ورجوع القديم)، لأن دي تكاليف شحن بنتحملها مع شركة الشحن. هنبلغك بقيمتها قبل ما ننفذ الطلب.
3. استرجاع الأوردر
لو عايز ترجّع الأوردر، هتدفع مصاريف الشحن الإضافية الخاصة بالاسترجاع، لأنها تكاليف شحن فعلية بتتدفع لشركة الشحن. هنبلغك بقيمتها قبل التنفيذ، وبعد ما المنتج يوصلنا ونتأكد من حالته بنرجّعلك ثمن المنتج.
شروط الاستبدال والاسترجاع
- المنتج لازم يرجع بنفس حالته، من غير استخدام، وفي التغليف الأصلي.
- منتجات Customize Yours اللي انت مصممها بنفسك مش بتتبدل ولا بترجع، إلا لو فيها عيب في الطباعة.
- عشان تطلب استبدال أو استرجاع، كلمنا من الـ chat على الموقع، أو على Instagram @rulles.eg، أو على الإيميل itstherulles@gmail.com، وابعت رقم الأوردر.
Exchange & Return Policy
Every Rulles product is printed especially for you after your order is confirmed. Here is how each case works and who covers the shipping costs.
1. Defective or wrong item
If your item arrives with a printing or manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong product or size, send us photos as soon as it arrives. We will replace it at no extra shipping cost.
2. Changing the design after delivery
If your item is fine but you want a different design after receiving it, you can exchange it, but you pay the extra shipping (delivering the new item and collecting the old one), because these are real courier costs. We will tell you the amount before we go ahead.
3. Returning your order
If you want to return your order, you pay the extra return shipping, because it is a real courier cost. We will tell you the amount before we go ahead. Once the item reaches us and we check its condition, we refund the product price.
Conditions
- Items must come back in the same condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Customize Yours products that you designed yourself cannot be exchanged or returned unless they have a printing defect.
