WHAT TO SEND US
Anything you have. A photo, a screenshot, a Pinterest link, a sketch on paper — or nothing at all, just tell us the idea and we draw it for you.
For the sharpest print: PNG, JPG or PDF at 300 DPI, or any vector file (AI, SVG, EPS). Low-resolution images still print — we will just tell you honestly how they will come out before you commit.
File too big to upload? The box above takes up to 20 MB. Anything larger, send it on WhatsApp and we will attach it to your order.
One thing we will not do: print a logo or artwork you do not have the right to use. Your own designs, your name, your photos, fan art — all fine.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Made to order in 3–5 days, counted from the moment you approve the preview — not from the moment you order.
Delivered to every governorate in Egypt. Shipping is 85 EGP in Cairo and Giza, and 95–135 EGP everywhere else depending on your address. You see the exact amount at checkout.
Before printing, you can cancel for a full refund. After you approve the design we start printing, so a custom piece cannot be returned for a change of mind — that is the honest trade-off with something made only for you.

HOW WE PRINT IT
Printed edge to edge, so the design does not stop short of the seam. The colours are sublimated into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, which is why they do not crack or peel.
Care: wipe fabric pieces with a damp cloth. Canvas totes and pencil cases can be hand washed cold — do not put them in a dryer. Keep mouse pads out of direct sun.
Questions we get a lot
How long does a custom order take?
3–5 days to print, counted from the moment you approve the preview — then 1–3 days on the road depending on your governorate.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, anywhere in Egypt. You pay the courier when it reaches you. Card at checkout works too.
What if I do not like the preview?
Tell us and we redraw it. If you change your mind before we print, you get your money back in full.
Will the print fade or peel?
No. The colours are sublimated into the fabric rather than printed on top of it, so there is no layer to crack. Wipe fabric pieces with a damp cloth; canvas can be hand washed cold.
How do I track my order?
We send you the courier and the tracking number on WhatsApp the moment it ships. If you would rather just ask us, message 010 6706 1573.
